About Advanced Hair and Skin Education

Brendas Dimon a master colorist with over 30 years of industry experience, Brenda is dedicated to shaping the next generation of hairstylists. She has developed an advanced training and apprenticeship program designed to equip stylists with next-level skills, setting them up for long-term success.

Before opening Aqua Salon and Spa, Brenda spent 14 years traveling the country as an educator for a prestigious European company, specializing in hair color. She also served as an instructor at the company’s Atlanta-based training academy, where she led courses in Train the Trainer, Advanced Color Techniques, Corrective Color, and Color Placement Techniques.

Brenda’s passion for education and commitment to excellence continue to drive Aqua Salon and Spa’s culture of innovation and professional growth.

Our Rhode Island based program is designed by salon professionals for salon professionals seeking to enhance their expertise in color formulation, Lived in color, 100% grey coverage 100% of the time, grey transitions and more. 

Also offering hair cutting techniques that empowering you with more confidence to take on the most challenged hair! 

Hosted by Aqua Salon and Spa in North Kingstown, Rhode Island, the program features Some sessions will offer Look and Learn to hands-on workshops where participants will work with mannequins, engage in in-depth discussions, and master advanced techniques. Courses will focus on key areas such as:

• Color & Toning Formulas: Understand and apply advanced color theories, including grey coverage and color correction.

• Lived-In Color Placement: Master modern, natural-looking color placements for trendy, low-maintenance results.
  
• Hair Cutting: Learn how to craft the perfect long layers, stacked bobs, and pixie cuts.
• Business Class: Currently own or planning to open your own studio? We can help you navigate and plan for success

Classes will range from 3 to 7 hours, allowing for both practical application and thorough discussions. Educational materials, including printed guides, will be provided, and participants will receive a certification upon completion.

The program will be an ongoing series of workshops, with specialized sessions focusing on specific techniques. As a bonus, participants will gain access to a social media community for exclusive content, monthly live Q&A sessions, and ongoing support from Brenda and the team.
